NYS Pistol / Revolver License Recertification Form

If you have a New York State concealed carry license, you are now required to submit your recertification to the New York State Police every 3 years. The new law does not change the recertification requirements for a premises license, which must be recertified every 5 years.
Permits may be recertified:

• Online (NYS Pistol Permit Recertification)
• Submitting the completed recertification form via email
• Mailing the completed recertification form to the following address by US Mail:

Please do not send your recertification form to the Delaware County Pistol Permit Clerk.  The form must be submitted directly to the NYS Police Pistol Permit Bureau.
