As of September 12, 2022 the Delaware County, NY pistol permit application packet will be available for any resident who wishes to apply for a Delaware County pistol permit.
Please read the entire packet content before you start to fill out any of the information. There are areas of the packet that have changed!!!
When you are ready to submit your application packet, you must call the pistol clerk at 607-832-5461 to schedule an appointment.
No walk-ins or mail-ins will be accepted! Information must be complete for the type of license you are requesting to obtain and all packet information must be submitted at one time.
If the packet is incomplete, it will be returned to you.
