The Child Passenger Safety Program is designed to help educate parents and caregivers about how to safely transport their children and reduce the chance of car seat misuse.

When is the Car Seat Station held?
Parents and caregivers can have their child safety seat checked for proper installation by a Certified Child Passenger Safety Seat Technician the last Wednesday of every month from 9AM-3PM at Delaware Opportunities, Inc. – by appointment only. Call (607)-746-1700 to schedule your appointment.

Child Safety Seat Distribution Program
Parents and caregivers may also be eligible to participate in the Free Child Safety Seat Distribution Program. Financial eligibility required. Call Delaware Opportunities WIC program for more information at (607)-746-1700.
