Healthy Delaware Services
The following services will be offered at no-cost to attendees:
Please note that tooth fillings, previously advertised, are no longer going to be offered during Healthy Delaware.
Attendee information:
- Services are provided at no-cost to attendees.
- Medical, dental, optometry and select veterinary services are provided on a walk-in basis.
- Sign-up is required for spay/neuter.
- No identification is required.
- No residency requirements.
- Medical, dental, optometry or veterinary records may be brought by attendees to assist with care, however they are not required.
- Those attending for a medical exam should bring list of current prescription medications.
- Those attending for physicals should wear shorts and t-shirt.
- A community resource area will be onsite, hosting local service providers available to assist with long term care needs and services.
- Regional medical services, including UHS Walton, Bassett Healthcare, and Westchester Medical will also be onsite providing additional services.
Delaware County and the United States military have partnered for a joint mission called Innovative Readiness Training named Healthy Delaware. The mission begins July 11th, 2023, and ends July 19th, 2023. This walk-in, no-cost healthcare services event will be held at Walton Central High School, 47-49 Stockton Avenue, Walton, New York 13856.

Spay and Neuter Information and Registration
- Dogs and cats only
- Cats must be at least 5 months old and meet minimum weight requirements
- Dogs must be at least 6 months old and meet minimum weight requirements
- Spay and neuter will take place at SUNY Delhi vet clinic
- Dates for spay and neuter are July 12th through July 19th
- Pets must be dropped off between 8am-9am on scheduled day
- Pets must be picked up in the afternoon on scheduled day
- Do not feed pet any food after midnight the night before surgery
- Make sure your pet is on a leash or in a proper carrier
- Pet after-care instructions will be provided by veterinarian staff
PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FOR SPAY/NEUTER IS FULL AT THIS TIME.

Mammo on the Move
Exciting news! Lourdes is bringing mammograms to you with Mammo on the Move, Wednesday, July 12, 2023, 8am-4pm during Healthy Delaware at Walton Central High School, 47-49 Stockton Ave, Walton, NY 13856.
Schedule your appointment now by calling 607-798-5723. Walk-ins are available when there are no appointments scheduled for that time.
You are eligible to use the van for breast screening if:
- You are age 40 or older.
- You have no history of breast surgery, or you had a biopsy more than 1 year ago.
- You have no current breast problems or symptoms with benign results and no further problems.
You do not have to be a Lourdes patient. Your results can be sent to the provider of your choice. Mammo on the Move welcomes insured and uninsured women. No referral needed.
