Cook County Office Building, 111 Main Street, Delhi, New York, concerning proposed Local Law Intro. No. 16 of 2024 entitled,
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Delaware County Board of Supervisors on Wednesday, February 28th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Supervisors’ Room of the Senator Charles D. Cook County Office Building, 111 Main Street, Delhi, New York, concerning proposed Local Law Intro. No. 16 of 2024 entitled, Local Law Providing for Adjusted Weighted Voting by Members of the Board of Supervisors Based on the 2020 Census. The Weighted Vote Calculation report is posted on the home page of the Delaware County website at: https://www.delcony.us/ .
