Clean Sweep

Clean Sweep provides the opportunity to clean out potentially dangerous materials from your home, garage, basement, or barn.

Clean Sweep provides safe disposal of:

  • household hazardous wastes
  • pharmaceutical wastes, sharps, syringes
  • agricultural pesticides
  • conditionally exempt small quantity generator (CESQG) waste

Hazardous waste is any product that is toxic in nature and should NOT be disposed of as everyday trash. It requires special handling, processing, and disposal. Some hazardous waste materials may be recycled but are not part of the routine recycling program.
