What We Do
The Delaware County Department of Public Works’ Solid Waste Division operates the Solid Waste Management Center (SWMC) and coordinates the annual household hazardous waste disposal event, Clean Sweep. The SWMC serves Delaware County residents’ and businesses’ municipal waste management disposal needs.
