LOCAL LAW INTRO. NO. 13 of 2022
DELAWARE COUNTY OCCUPANCY TAX LAW FOR LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS AND SHORT TERM RENTALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Delaware County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing, Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors’ Room at the Senator Charles D. Cook County Office Building, 111 Main Street, Delhi, New York, on the proposed Local Law Introductory No. 13 of 2022 entitled Delaware County Occupancy Tax Law of Lodging Establishments and Short Term Rentals.
All persons interested in speaking for the proposed local law may attend the hearing via Zoom. as there is very limited seating available due to social distancing requirements.
