NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
NOTICE is hereby given that the County of Delaware will hold a public hearing at the Delaware County Board Room at 111 Main Street, Delhi, NY on September 28, 2022 at 1:00 to seek public input regarding the Community Development Block Grant Program administered by the New York State Office of Community Renewal = Department of Economic Development.
Delaware County is considering the development of a microenterprise program to provide financial assistance in the form of small, matching grants to local entrepreneurs and businesses. Delaware County would potentially submit an application to the New York State Office of Community Renewal for up to $300,000 for the establishment of a microenterprise program.
The hearing being conducted pursuant to Section 570.486 Subpart 1 of the CFR and in compliance with the requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
The building at 111 Main Street, Delhi, NY is accessible to persons with disabilities.
