Sharon
Reichert-Morgan began her employment with Delaware County on
November 15, 2005 at the Department of Social Services as a per diem
Clerk.  On November 20, 2006, she was appointed to the position of
full-time Typist and then on May 19, 2008 as Senior Typist.  She was
again promoted on September 22, 2008 to the position of Social
Services Program Specialist Trainee.  On November 17, 2009 her
training period ended and she was appointed to the title Social
			Services Program Specialist.
			In her
position as Social Services Program Specialist in the Chronic Care
Unit, Sharon serves our elderly population in need of nursing home
care.  Sharon enjoys advocating for the elderly people who need
assistance and support when they become unable to care for
			themselves.
			Sharon
has excellent leadership skills, works happily as a team member and
has volunteered to take on many difficult cases with a smile.  She
is very efficient, smart, caring and capable.  She has helped to
manage the caseload of two staff who have been absent on leave.
Last year, she also cleaned up a caseload when a worker left a lot
of unfinished work behind.  She did all of this while continuing to
maintain her own caseload.  Sharon is truly an asset to the
Department of Social Services and the people she assists.
			Sharon
married Josh Morgan on June 6, 2015 and they proudly care for their
three children.  Sharon enjoys camping with her family.

			Congratulations and thank you,
Sharon, for a job well done.
